- Two-step verification (SMS): switch it on under Account > Security. Every new login then needs a one-time code sent to your mobile, so a stolen password alone isn’t enough.
- Biometric login: after your first successful sign-in on a phone, you can save a passkey and log in next time with Face ID or your fingerprint, straight from your mobile browser.
- Add to home screen: in Safari or Chrome, use ‘Add to Home Screen’ and the casino opens like an app, with your passkey ready to go.
For your protection, sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you step away from a hand of Speed Baccarat, you’ll simply be asked to sign in again.
Forgot your password?
It happens to the best gunslingers. Here’s how to reset it:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Open the reset email we send you. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
- Choose a new password that you don’t use anywhere else.
- Log in with your new details.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and make sure you typed the same address you used to sign up. If the 30-minute window passes, just request a fresh link; the old one stops working automatically.
Locked out after wrong attempts
After five incorrect password attempts in a row, we lock the account for 15 minutes. This stops anyone guessing their way into your balance. You don’t need to contact us: wait out the 15 minutes, then try again carefully, or use Forgot password to set a new one.
