Step 1: the automatic electronic check

- Complete the sign-up form using your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID.

Tips to get approved first time
Most rejected documents fail for the same handful of reasons. Avoid them and you’ll be through on the first try.
- Match your name exactly. The name on your ID, proof of address and payment method must match your account. ‘Jon’ versus ‘Jonathan’ can trigger a manual review.
- Check the date. Proof of address older than 3 months will be declined. Mobile phone bills and screenshots of online banking are fine if they show your name, address and the date.
- Show the whole page. Cropped edges, fingers over text or blurry photos are the commonest reasons for rejection.
- No edits. Don’t black out anything except the middle digits of a card number; we never need the CVV, so cover that too.
- Use your own payment method. We can’t accept deposits from cards or e-wallets in someone else’s name.
Source-of-funds and affordability checks
As your deposits grow, the law requires us to make sure your play remains affordable. At higher deposit levels we may ask where your money comes from, usually through a recent payslip or bank statement.
